Over 30 Years Celebrating Fine Dining
In June 1995, Indalecio Martín and Pilar Gutiérrez made their dream come true: to open a unique restaurant in the south of the island, where grilled meats and roasted lamb would take center stage. That dream became reality with the opening of La Brasa, a place that quickly became a meeting point for locals and tourists alike, offering unforgettable moments around great wine, the finest grill, and long conversations.
Today, three decades later, that legacy lives on through their children, who have expanded the vision of Grupo La Brasa while preserving its original values. In addition to the iconic restaurant in Buzanada, the family has opened new venues that celebrate culinary excellence in every dish:
Restaurante Salitre: Specializing in seafood and rice dishes, located in a privileged seafront spot in La Caleta.
